Our Story

ONT Global was founded in 2017 by Mr Jijo Unni, a former member of the NHS with 15 years of experience. During his time with the NHS, Jijo played a vital role in clinical teaching for overseas nurses and student nurses.With his extensive knowledge and understanding of the UK healthcare system and the current workforce shortage,
he was determined to support the NHS by providing qualified overseas nurses to fill the gaps.This led to ONT Global offering training for necessary exams such as OET/CBT and OSCE.

Today, ONT Global is proud to supply highly skilled nurses from India and other countries to various hospitals within the NHS. As an approved overseas nurse supplier listed by NHS Employers, we are committed to following ethical recruitment guidelines set by them.
Additionally, we are registered with REC (Recruitment and Employment Federation), further solidifying our reputation as an approved healthcare staff supplier.Our license and regulation under the External Affairs Ministry of the Government of India allows us to legally export manpower from India.
